Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Procurement and Vendor Management.
• Experience ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Track record of achieving savings and ROI for clients.
• Strong communicator, building long-lasting relationships.
• Proficiency in using procurement tools and systems.
• Outstanding written and oral ability in English.
• Fluency in written and oral German, with additional languages as a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Be accountable for the success of customers in the SaaS procurement space.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to understand clients' objectives.
• Identify customer purchasing needs through discussions.
• Research, select, benchmark, negotiate, and purchase SaaS solutions.
• Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate desired outcomes.
• Engage in specific complex procurement projects.
• Report benefits to clients including savings and process efficiency.
• Provide feedback for automating and scaling internal activities.
