Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning, covering areas such as Forecasting, Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, Production Planning, or SC Control Tower.
• Ideally a solution expert in leading supply chain planning tools, specifically SAP IBP and/or Kinaxis.
• Work experience in leading IT consulting companies or divisions.
• Industry experience in Manufacturing, CGP, and/or Life Science is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English, ideally with proficiency in a second language (e.g., German, French).
• Broad business skill set, including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
• Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for various audiences.
• Project-related mobility and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Supply Chain Planning workstreams in client-focused and dynamic international projects, with strong autonomy and guidance.
• Act as functional and solution expert to proactively advise customers and deliver outstanding results in your areas of expertise.
• Plan, conceive, and implement complex Supply Chain Management transformation projects over the entire project life cycle.
• Contribute to business development from the request for information to proposal submission and presentation.
• Participate actively in the development of the practice, including service offerings development support, training, and knowledge management.
