• Minimum of 5-6 years experience in creative, social media, and content strategy.
• 3+ years of experience in a senior role directly leading a team.
• Fluency in social media platforms and knowledge of user behaviors.
• Strong analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights.
• Experience and passion for the evolving creator economy.
• Confident in pitching and presenting to clients and team members.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a collaborative mentality.
• Native German speaker and professionally fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and create compelling, creator-led creative and social strategies for new business pitches.
• Provide strategic guidance to key accounts and find opportunities to enhance relationships.
• Unpack client briefs to identify strategic outcomes.
• Generate original, insight-driven strategic ideas.
• Develop community and creator strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Lead ideation sessions, analyze campaign outcomes for future strategies.
• Stay updated on social media trends and integrate them into projects.
