Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• One year of field sales experience in private, public, government or military environment.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.
• Three years of outside sales experience is a plus.
• Experience in Industrial sales such as Abrasives and Scotch Brite is highly desired.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools is preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to travel 10% or more.

Responsibilities:

• Sales of Abrasives, Scotch Brites, and Power Tools.
• Understanding of customer processes and emphasizing value versus price.
• Collaborating with distribution and end users for material approvals.
• Making joint calls and providing product training to customers.
• Driving forecast attainment for the assigned zone/territory.
• Daily usage of salesforce.com CRM system is required.
