Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
• Three (3) years of selling experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Possess a current, valid driver’s license.
• Preferred: Previous experience in tape converting industry or within 3M industrial market center.
• Experience calling on and managing corner office executive level relationships.
• Skills include presentation skills, CRM (Salesforce.com), written and verbal communication, business planning, and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and/or exceed sales growth targets within the assigned geography.
• Manage a robust hopper of sales opportunities and activities.
• Manage, support, and build relationships at key converters and OEM customers.
• Develop and implement business plans and strategies at key converter customers.
• Train and support key divisional partners at OEM accounts.
