Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in Product Management or equivalent practical experience building/shipping regulated, safety-related products.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• BA/BS degree in a technical field or equivalent.
• Experience leading launches of regulated, safety-related aviation products across digital and human interfaces through to regulator approval and audit.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a high impact product team prioritizing product features and effective quarterly roadmap planning across regulated user and API interfaces.
• Partner closely with engineering, regulatory, policy, strategy, legal, and operations to define product requirements and ensure successful product launches.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements definition to launch, iteration, and end-of-life.
• Engage users to regularly collect feedback and understand product adoption.
• Establish key metrics and monitor/report on the progress of the product roadmap.
