Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of related business experience.
• Experience configuring and maintaining Workday Financials modules including General Ledger and Accounts Payable.
• Experience with system audits for data integrity and compliance.
• Experience in training users on Workday functionalities.
• 4+ years of ERP systems administration experience.
• 3+ years administrating Workday.
• Experience with Adaptive Planning and Workday Security.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical problem solving and data modeling experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage ticketing system for processing requests.
• Configure, test, and deploy updates while collaborating with teams to meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot integrations and system issues.
• Maintain security policies with Workday security administrators.
• Conduct audits and maintain data integrity in Workday and Adaptive Planning.
• Assist in establishing timely data processing and analytics.
• Participate in system projects and prepare data reports.
• Review and implement updates and new features.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
