Requirements:

• Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or engineering equivalent and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in Computer Vision and advanced individual contributor capabilities.
• Competency in software development, testing code, writing maintainable code, and following documentation practices.
• High proficiency in machine learning development, data analysis, and data preparation.
• Ability to work under high-level direction and inform the team’s technical direction.
• Ownership of technical troubleshooting and incident recovery processes.
• Mentorship experience for engineering team members.
• Proficient in Python and C++.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorRT, and OpenCV.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Computer Vision models in PyTorch and deploy them on embedded platforms.
• Ensure the technical excellence of solutions developed by the team and guide their integration.
• Lead analysis of requirements and provide insights for anticipating challenges in delivery.
• Guide the creation of software architecture design documents.
• Develop and refine team's coding standards and ensure adherence to them.
• Collaborate with team members to integrate contributions.
• Provide rigorous feedback through code review to ensure contributions meet standards.
