Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years proven field experience in commercial HVAC/R or similar technical field.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in technical field preferred.
• Experience maintaining positive relationships with contractors and customers.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience documenting technical processes.
• Experience in quality control and commissioning is a benefit.
• Working knowledge of HVAC Installation techniques, methods, tools, and safety precautions.
• Commitment to continuous learning.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work across organization teams.

Responsibilities:

• Acts as primary technical resource for the Technical Services team regarding Budderfly and Budderfly-installed technologies.
• Drives updates from internal and external teams to ensure team has up-to-date information.
• Monitors Technical Services ticket submissions for quality resolution of issues.
• Intervenes on escalations for swift resolution.
• Travels to customer sites for quality control and to establish best practices.
• Collaborates with Services Improvement Manager to create and maintain technical training documentation.
• Ensures customer satisfaction throughout the issue resolution process.
• Develops and monitors quality control of team work.
• Reviews team members' work and recommends improvements.
• Maintains communication to convey learned best practices.
• Directs team members to meet service demands.
• Designs and maintains process and technical documentation.
• Promotes training opportunities.
