Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Facilities management/building engineer experience preferred.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in lighting or related industries.
• Experience managing subcontractors overseeing lighting, electrical, or construction projects.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Manage contractors in the installation of lighting and energy conservation measures, ensuring adherence to quality, safety standards, schedules, and budgets.
• Forecast and schedule installations in collaboration with contractors.
• Develop relationships with contractors for effective communication and accountability.
• Monitor contractor performance against project metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks to projects.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
• Manage the Bill of Materials for lighting projects.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve material-related issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and project documentation.
