Requirements:

• 1-3 years of business development/sales experience in technology and solution sales.
• Located within assigned geographical area.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel within assigned market a minimum of 4 days a week.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Research assigned territory/market segment to create a qualified target prospect list.
• Prospect and build relationships to sign up new customers within the assigned geographical location.
• Conduct lead generation through cold calls, email campaigns, and in-person visits.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure bookings over-achievement.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to engage potential clients.
• Negotiate complex deals and assist in responding to RFPs.
• Manage complex sales cycles through closure for new accounts.
• Achieve business goals and quotas for the assigned market.
• Complete on-site assessments of prospective customers.
