Product Support Trainer (External)

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, customer support, or related fields.
• Experience with project and workflow management systems like HubSpot and ClickUp.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and web-based user dashboards for support.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in the energy industry, particularly with PV, EVSE, and BESS.
• Collaborative experience with cross-functional teams.
• Experience troubleshooting systems and electrical designs.

Responsibilities:

• Train, educate, and support external stakeholders like solar installers and utilities.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and convey complex issues.
• Provide second/third tier support for customer inquiries.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues via various communication means.
• Recommend process improvements based on customer feedback.
• Conduct training sessions both remotely and onsite.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
• Provide in-person support at customer sites as needed.
• Build relationships with customers to create advocates for the products.
