Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in program management, partnerships, audit/advisory, or a similar role.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, preferably in GRC or cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and drive results.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data for process improvements.
• Experience collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of audit processes and familiarity with audit automation platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement scalable processes for successful audits.
• Coordinate cross-functional with internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Design and deliver training programs and resources for audit partners.
• Collaborate with alliances managers for support and resources.
• Track and report on key performance metrics for audits.
• Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams.
