Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience configuring and supporting MySQL/MariaDB database management in Linux environments.
• Strong knowledge of database concepts, design, and performance analysis.
• Experience with database-related tools and administration.
• Familiarity with monitoring systems like Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix.
• Experience in large-scale system deployments.
• Skills in system scripting and automation using tools such as Ansible, Chef, Terraform.
• Proficient in scripting languages like Python, Ruby, Bash, Perl.
• Proven experience in UNIX/Linux-based environments.
• Strong work ethic and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support MYSQL/InnoDB & Redis/KeyDB databases including creation, migrations, backups, and replications.
• Design, plan and deploy database schemas.
• Review existing databases to recommend and drive improvements for performance and scalability.
• Ensure data consistency and proper backups.
• Define customer needs in service development.
• Document schemas and data flows.
• Coordinate with teams for testing and selecting database tools.
• Ensure database availability and scalability.
• Implement system automation for efficiency.
• Stay updated on security best practices.
