Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience selling technology to organizations with 10,000 employee lives and above.
• Strong preference for experience within the Benefit Administration or broader Human Capital Management (HCM) industries.
• Proven ability to execute thorough sales discovery processes.
• Proven ability to persuade and influence others consistently.
• Experience working with health benefit brokers and consultants is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Ability to travel and demonstrate relationship-building experience is necessary.
• Channel Sales Experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the proprietary SaaS platform.
• Engage channel partners like brokers and advisors for relationship building.
• Execute a consultative sales strategy and build a pipeline.
• Develop close working relationships with sales support and marketing teams.
• Track activities in detail and prepare various status reports.
• Identify and attend marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.
