Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Experience with client onboarding, benefits administration, or SaaS implementation.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Change management and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, making adjustments as needed to keep projects on course.
• Communicate project expectations and progress clearly to clients and team members.
• Create and maintain a high-functioning project team to achieve project goals.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and manage risks related to project schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely completion of dependent tasks.
• Identify and resolve issues within the project team and manage project dependencies.
