Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted).
• Direct relevant experience in Locum Tenens staffing preferred.
• Proven success in a sales metrics driven environment.
• At least 3 years as a top producer in a sales position.
• Client centered mentality and passion for customer service.
• Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships.
• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively call into prospective clients to generate new business.
• Convey Aya Healthcare’s unique value proposition to key decision makers within potential new hospital accounts to secure new Locum Tenens business.
• Continuously generate client leads using high volume calls and emails.
• Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with prospective clients.
• Use traditional and creative methods to reach new points of contact at current clients to sell and maintain Locum Tenens services.
• Generate leads through various channels, strategic planning, and referrals.
• Renegotiate contracts with healthcare facilities for mutually beneficial terms.
• Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement.
