Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted)
• Direct relevant experience in Locum Tenens staffing, preferred
• Proven success in a sales metrics driven environment
• At least 7 years as a top producer in a sales position
• Client centered mentality and passion for customer service
• Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships
• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals

Responsibilities:

• Develop and cultivate relationships that result in new contracts for Aya Healthcare
• Convey Aya Healthcare’s unique value proposition to key decision makers within potential new hospital accounts to secure new Locum Tenens business
• Identify and contact healthcare organizations to win their business
• Use traditional and creative methods to reach new points of contact at current clients to sell and maintain Locum Tenens services
• Continuously generate client leads using high volume calls and emails
• Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with prospective clients
• Generate leads through various channels, strategic planning and referrals
• Renegotiate contracts with healthcare facilities resulting in mutually beneficial terms
• Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement
