Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of demonstrated sales success with growing HIT companies, preferably with SaaS software offerings to hospitals and health systems.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare market, particularly in acute care, CDI/Coding, Revenue Cycle, and Finance.
  • Proven ability to independently develop new prospects and sell innovative technology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Comfortable with remote sales tools such as Google Suite, MS Office, Salesforce, and video platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication skills, and strong business acumen.
  • Must excel in an entrepreneurial environment and align with organizational values of professionalism and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
  • Introduce new clients, especially CFOs, Revenue Cycle stakeholders, and CDI/Coding leaders.
  • Generate new health system introductions beyond corporate-generated leads.
  • Progress complex opportunities by identifying needs, budget, and stakeholders.
  • Develop account plans and senior peer relationships.
  • Work with CCO/CEO and prospects to address and finalize contracts.
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline in Salesforce daily.
