Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of field sales experience in the technology/software industry.
  • At least 10+ years of overall sales experience.
  • Proven track record exceeding quota and generating growth.
  • Experience with $150k+ ARR SaaS deals for customers over 2,000 employees.
  • Experience with complex sales cycles involving various stakeholders and decision criteria.
  • Experience in selling SaaS and enterprise cloud applications, preferably CRM and collaboration tools.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process to meet or exceed bookings and revenue goals.
  • Build 4X pipeline to achieve ARR targets.
  • Create quarterly forecasts and contribute to sales cadence meetings.
  • Facilitate strategic alignment between executives and client stakeholders.
  • Develop proposals outlining value propositions and ROI metrics.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close deals.
