Requirements:

• Have 4+ years experience in obstetrics care as a CNM or WHNP/FNP.
• Reside in a nursing compact state.
• Are internet-connected, able to work remotely via video, phone and text.
• Are willing to get licensed in multiple states.
• Flexible and agile thinker who embraces change.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in direct obstetrics patient care on Saturdays 8am-8pm ET as a Pomelo provider.
• Assess urgent concerns and proactively triage patients to support appropriate utilization of emergency services.
• Complete documentation of all overnight patient encounters.
• Collaborate with daytime clinical staff to ensure smooth transition of care for patients who contacted us overnight.
• Represent the Pomelo practice in a warm and professional manner.
• Demonstrate humility, accountability, and initiative in interactions.
