Requirements:

• APRN, CNM, or PA with current unrestricted multi-state (compact) license.
• 5+ years clinical experience in a hospital and/or healthcare practice serving maternal-child health populations.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience overseeing advanced practice providers.
• Ability to work remotely and occasional travel.
• Understanding of birth inequity and structural racism in maternal morbidity and mortality.
• Experience with multiple tech platforms and eagerness to adapt.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to cultivate an accountable nursing team and promote shared governance.
• Experience working with Medicaid populations preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of high-performing APPs delivering high-quality virtual maternity and infant care.
• Monitor quality of care across APPs and identify training opportunities.
• Support the team in addressing identified barriers to care.
• Hold the APP team accountable to Pomelo’s clinical objectives and key results.
• Provide insights about frontline care and opportunities for process improvements.
• Identify professional growth opportunities and support team members in achieving goals.
• Participate in recruiting by reviewing applications and interviewing candidates.
• Manage the onboarding process for new APPs.
• Collaborate with Market Operations to optimize APP schedules.
