  • Implement a cohesive GTM strategy, launch products, and optimize revenue processes.
  • Lead Annual Planning processes including territory, quota, and capacity analyses.
  • Co-lead pipeline generation with Marketing to ensure a steady flow of leads.
  • Analyze revenue insights for customer attraction and retention.
  • Automate reporting for performance understanding and efficiency.
  • Provide thought leadership in sales compensation and program management.
  • Create Sales and Technical Success Rules of Engagement for collaboration.
