Requirements:
- Strongly fluent in Japanese or Korean; fluent in English.
- 2-3+ years of customer-facing experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Ease and comfort in speaking on the phone.
- Experience in outbound sales, call center, or cold calling preferred but not required.
- Startup experience preferred but not required.
- Experience using a CRM preferred, or ability to pick up new technology quickly.
- Comfortable communicating ideas for process improvements.
- Experience working in translation preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Implementation team and Lead Negotiation Success Manager to deliver negotiation projects.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager Project Team to deliver client and Pactum value.
- Support users with a customer-centric mindset to address issues and challenges.
- Drive the success of negotiations through various communication methods.
- Edit configuration of automation elements to ensure optimal processes.
- Help users achieve agreements using the software.
- Make decisions regarding efficient support delivery.
- Analyze project results and suggest improvements.
- Ensure achievement of KPIs, OKRs, and strategic initiatives.
