Requirements:
  • Strongly fluent in Japanese or Korean; fluent in English.
  • 2-3+ years of customer-facing experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Ease and comfort in speaking on the phone.
  • Experience in outbound sales, call center, or cold calling preferred but not required.
  • Startup experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience using a CRM preferred, or ability to pick up new technology quickly.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Implementation team and Lead Negotiation Success Manager to deliver negotiation projects.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager Project Team to deliver client and Pactum value.
  • Support users with a customer-centric mindset to address issues and challenges.
  • Drive the success of negotiations through various communication methods.
  • Edit configuration of automation elements to ensure optimal processes.
  • Help users achieve agreements using the software.
  • Make decisions regarding efficient support delivery.
  • Analyze project results and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure achievement of KPIs, OKRs, and strategic initiatives.
