Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing strategy planning and Marketing operations.
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketing tools (e.g., email, SFDC, marketing automation).
• Proven ability to build systems and processes that generate business value.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Project management experience required.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, manage operations and strategy planning.
• Translate data into insights to drive marketing strategies.
• Identify systems and tools for modernizing marketing methods.
• Support cross-functional collaboration.
