Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
• Build a marketing organization for long-term growth to achieve $150M in CARR.
• Develop and execute effective strategies for team development, goal setting, and performance management.
• Contribute to the development and execution of pipeline strategies and measure marketing performance.
• Guide brand positioning in the hospitality industry and oversee brand messaging.
