Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or IT related field.
• Requires 3+ years of experience configuring Workday payroll.
• Proven ability to organize and plan Workday implementation and ongoing support.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing and configuring the payroll module(s) in the Workday system.
• Manage payroll setup configuration, including state tax exceptions and W2 configuration.
• Work closely with HR and Payroll teams for continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership and evaluate proposals for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with laws and guidelines.
