Requirements:

• Lawyer in good standing with at least 5 years PQE.
• Experience in an international law firm, particularly in risk and compliance.
• Advanced research and drafting skills.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying issues and providing opinions.
• Detailed knowledge of legal regulations applicable to law firms.
• Understanding of law firm billing processes and conflicts checking systems.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Ability to work methodically and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
• Able to build relationships and act as a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Review various forms of client engagement documentation.
• Advise on risks and contractual issues.
• Draft bespoke responses for clients.
• Ensure compliance with professional responsibility and Firm policy.
• Manage engagement structure and review of contractual terms.
• Liaise with business and legal teams for client requirements.
• Conduct conflict searches and maintain compliance policies.
• Participate as a front line advisor on client risk and regulatory issues.
