Requirements:

• Three or more years as the head of HR for an organization, preferably in a STEM or academic environment.
• Significant experience in team management, including budget and stakeholder interactions.
• Proficient in all HR functions with a mix of tactical and strategic skills.
• Experience in leading organization development and internal communication initiatives.
• 5+ years designing and evaluating new HR initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills combined with high emotional intelligence.
• Executive-level communication and problem-solving abilities.
• BSc or MSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent field.
• SPHR or other relevant certification is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Implement a cohesive enterprise people strategy that aligns with AIPP’s business goals.
• Ensure best practices in organizational development and maintain enterprise standards.
• Advise senior leadership on talent strategy for recruitment, development, and retention.
• Set direction for training, employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
• Evaluate and manage changes in functional capabilities for better services.
• Develop communication strategies that align people with business priorities.
• Focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion to foster an inclusive work environment.
• Construct reports and recommendations for the executive team.
• Facilitate cross-function culture change and ensure compliance with employment laws.
