Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an eCommerce Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and digital marketing tools.
• Proficient in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive eCommerce strategies to increase online sales and enhance the customer journey.
• Manage and optimize the company's eCommerce platforms.
• Oversee product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images.
• Monitor and analyze website performance, traffic, and sales metrics.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Manage the digital marketing budget and optimize spend for maximum ROI.
• Ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience across all devices.
• Implement customer service protocols for inquiries, complaints, and returns.
• Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams for product availability.
• Utilize analytics tools to track and report on KPIs and campaign performance.
