Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or any related field.
• Expertise in SQL is required - minimum 1 year.
• Good usage and knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
• Very good English and Romanian skills are mandatory.
• Good presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in departmental cross-departmental projects.
• Business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management.
• Strong critical reasoning and analytical skills.
• Experience with Office - Google docs/sheets/slides.
• Hands-on attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and maintain comprehensive internal reports and dashboards for the commercial team.
• Assist the commercial team with data processing related to promotions and ads.
• Present results clearly and efficiently.
• Ensure high data quality standards across internal dashboards.
• Provide recommendations on metric definitions and monitor KPIs.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports related to profitability, orders, and promotions.
• Standardize reporting processes for improved efficiency.
