Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field; Chemical Engineering Degree preferred.
• Water treatment experience will be strongly considered in lieu of technical Degree.
• Successful industrial water treatment sales and service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of ceramic filtration and wastewater treatment systems preferred.
• Ability to provide a consultative sales and service approach.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and execute sales plans and strategies to close new Water Treatment opportunities in existing customer base.
• Work closely with customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement plans.
• Perform system analysis and provide recommendations for optimal customer operations.
• Advise WSI Leadership on market expansion strategies.
• Provide technical support to Water Treatment customers.
• Collaborate with WSI staff and oversee administrative activities such as cost tracking and reporting.
