Requirements:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience managing large teams.
  • Experience managing large Fortune 500 clients, particularly in Big Tech, within a digital/social role.
  • Ability to bring in new business and manage/grow accounts.
  • Strategy expertise across core digital and social channels.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience creating and executing social media strategies.
  • Ability to read a brand book/VIS ID and adapt it for social.
  • Experience in developing and/or managing social influencer campaigns.
  • Understanding of paid social and measurement/analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms like Monday.com.
  • Experience working with and managing teams in design/video/photography.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute digital/social strategies from concept to completion.
  • Manage multiple clients across accounts.
  • Actively lead new business opportunities, from prospecting to pitching.
  • Provide strong counsel and recommendations, both for clients and internal teams.
  • Develop social campaigns, collaborating across digital and design.
  • Work with integrated agency teams to develop plans that meet client goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in technology and A.I., and present fresh ideas to clients.
  • Manage third-party relationships including vendors and partners.
  • Mentor and help develop the entire team, not just direct reports.
  • Approve client SOWs and Letters of Agreement for partnerships.
  • Demonstrate expertise in approval processes and legal requirements.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership within the organization and across the industry.
  • Manage team structure, staffing, and collaboration across the agency.
