• 3+ years' experience in programmatic advertising within Account Management or similar function.
• Ability to develop and nurture relationships at all decision-making levels.

• Comprehensive experience with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail in managing multiple projects.
• Intelligent and outgoing individual with strong interpersonal skills.
• Passion for digital media and understanding of programmatic advertising.
• Strong analytic skills, including comfort with Excel.
• Excellent business writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while being open to guidance.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Rapidly acquire thorough understanding of Zeta’s offerings and articulate them to clients.
• Grow existing regional accounts by targeting top digital ad spenders.
• Coordinate campaign executions, including custom creative builds and asset setups.
• Conceptualize project timelines and collaborate with internal teams.
• Prepare post-campaign analysis reports and track deliverables.
• Serve as point of contact for client communications and requests.
• Lead client status meetings and maintain documentation.
• Monitor internal and third-party reporting for campaign performance.
• Provide feedback and optimization suggestions for campaigns.
• Advise clients on campaign strategies.
• Manage client campaigns to meet performance expectations.
