Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB), or J.D. in Law.
  • 4 - 8+ years of professional experience in commercial management, operations, or a similar role, preferably in the tech or software industry.
  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or pre-Series C tech startups preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills for closing deals, managing contracts, and establishing partnerships.
  • Proven ability in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Experience in designing and implementing strategic projects across departments, with monitoring and reporting abilities.
  • Self-starter mentality for task prioritization and time management with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities:
  • Grow and lead the partnerships function, managing and maximizing existing partnerships while testing and scaling new ones.
  • Manage sales and revenue operations processes, including Deal Desk formation and revenue forecasting.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements such as SaaS agreements, while coordinating with external counsel.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, providing legal advice and supporting ISO 27001 implementation.
  • Negotiate contracts and maintain supplier relationships, driving review processes.
  • Manage working capital and grants to maximize yields and credits.
  • Track key performance indicators related to commercial and operational activities to support executive reporting.
