Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Security, with at least 7 years in a leadership role, managing scalable technology platforms.
• Proven experience in financial industry security governance, understanding of PCI DSS, SOC2, ISO 27001, and state regulations.
• Hands-on experience securing Azure environments.
• In-depth knowledge of global security and privacy programs and regulatory requirements.
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+, or comparable Information Security Assurance certifications are highly beneficial.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, management, and continuous improvement of the company's security program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational needs.
• Oversee the selection, deployment, and management of security tools across the organization.
• Collaborate with IT Operations to integrate security into all IT infrastructure aspects.
• Act as the security liaison for various business units to meet their security and IT requirements.
• Manage incident response to mitigate security incidents.
• Develop and maintain a risk management strategy, conducting regular risk assessments.
• Ensure the functioning and integration of security solutions with vendors and internal teams.
• Partner with leadership for business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to security and IT teams.
