Requirements:
  • 4+ years experience building and managing channel partnerships, ideally within a revenue function.
  • Existing relationships with partnership teams in North American software, technology or financial services sectors.
  • Familiarity with deal making and driving negotiations.
  • Experience working to revenue targets and owning partner portfolios.
  • Successfully launched product, marketing, and co-selling partner motions.
  • Experience operating in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Aptitude for platform technology, understanding of APIs and software integration.
  • Self-starter mentality with accountability.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end to end partnerships lifecycle with Bench’s partner prospects.
  • Meet new prospects and effectively communicate the value of Bench’s Bookkeeping and Tax products.
  • Manage a small portfolio of existing partners with potential for growth.
  • Collaborate across various functions within the business to secure resources for new and existing partners.
  • Apply different modes of partnering as appropriate.
  • Pay close attention to the financial performance of accounts.
