• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
• Willingness to travel 30-40% as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the downstream marketing team.
• Develop and refine the customer journey to optimize engagement.
• Shape and execute company and product brand strategies.
• Develop commercial and go-to-market strategies for growth.
• Lead digital marketing, social media, and PR initiatives.
• Execute event strategies for brand visibility and lead generation.
• Oversee the Physician Advisory Board program.
• Direct development of sales tools and content resources.
• Lead dissemination of scientific communications.
• Cultivate industry partnerships and manage agency relationships.
