Strong demonstrated qualitative data analysis skills.
Experience conducting GESI analyses and related research.
Experience addressing GESI issues in coastal and marine conservation.
Experience applying intersectional feminist research methodologies is a plus.
Experience designing/implementing conservation programs.
Working knowledge of USAID gender and social inclusion requirements.

Responsibilities:

Carefully review all related background documents.
Conduct a GESI literature review using provided tools.
Lead a 1-hour session with the design team to present findings.
Provide additional technical support if needed during project stages.
