Requirements:

Strong demonstrated qualitative data analysis skills.
Strong demonstrated experience conducting GESI analyses and/or GESI-related research.
Strong demonstrated experience addressing GESI issues in coastal conservation and marine conservation.
Experience applying intersectional feminist research methodologies is a plus.
Demonstrated experience designing and/or implementing coastal conservation and marine conservation sector programs.
Experience providing GESI technical support to development programs is a plus.
Working knowledge of USAID gender and social inclusion requirements.

Responsibilities:

Carefully review all related background documents.
Conduct a GESI literature review using tools and templates provided by Winrock’s Senior GESI Technical Lead.
Lead a 1-hour session with the design team to share key findings and recommended interventions.
If needed, provide additional technical support in the interventions once the bid is live or during co-creation stages.
