Requirements:
  • BS/BA or higher-level degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of enterprise field sales experience, with current DoD or Defense Industrial Base relationships.
  • Prior experience with security and SaaS products and services.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity requirements for large government environments and DevSecOps lifecycles.
  • Understanding of a SaaS business model with proven experience in deal execution.
  • Executive-level communication skills to articulate delivery models effectively.
  • Excellent business writing and presentation skills, with expertise in web collaboration tools.
  • Active Secret or Top Secret Security clearance preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Synack Defense Industrial Base (DIB) business through executive-level planning and account development.
  • Build and develop consultative relationships and support alignment of the Synack field team to customer needs.
  • Craft solution offerings that meet near and long-term testing objectives.
  • Educate and enable customers on testing options outside traditional models.
  • Support Executive Business Reviews to accurately forecast revenue and drive new business.
  • Develop account strategy and contribute to team execution.
  • Tailor marketing materials, pricing strategies and feature needs.
