Requirements:

• Undergraduate bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• High capacity for organization and attention to detail.
• Fast learner capable of managing multiple projects.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• MBA preferred and technical knowledge of BESS subcomponent equipment is desired.

Responsibilities:

• Define Terrasun O&M offerings with market evaluations and cost models aligned with business objectives.
• Understand customer project development and operational performance environments.
• Anticipate market requirement changes for energy markets.
• Develop tools for pricing model analysis.
• Review customer BESS project requirements and support due diligence processes.
• Contribute to internal tools for designing BESS solutions.
