Requirements:

• 10+ years relevant Asset Management experience in field engineering & O&M in electrical power equipment or energy space.
• PV + Storage asset management experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed performance goals and collaborate with engineering & sales personnel.
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, organized, and flexible.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Accomplishments reflecting leadership, teamwork, integrity, and accountability.
• Willingness to travel and work with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day field operations of the PV + Storage system.
• Provide technical consultation and product support for technical and commercial teams.
• Manage compliance with Power Purchase Agreements and other operational agreements.
• Oversee NERC/ISO procedures and training for operations staff.
• Communicate customer feedback to Engineering and Sales.
• Conduct training for customer personnel.
• Utilize CMMS and SCADA for performance reporting.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting.
• Recommend procedural improvements for operational quality.
• Manage Work Management Process and schedules.
• Ensure EHS Program compliance with standards.
• Handle administrative responsibilities including reports and logbooks.
• Coordinate customer warranty decisions and repairs.
• Develop field tools for assignments.
• Maintain excellence in all operational areas.
