Requirements:

• Undergraduate bachelor's degree in Engineering or other technical field from an accredited college/university.
• 5+ years of experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Technical knowledge of BESS subcomponent equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all activities relating to strategy, planning, design, marketing, and optimization of BESS products.
• Define BESS offerings through market evaluations, development schedules, and business case analysis.
• Own the product roadmap and translate business strategy into executable product strategy.
• Analyze product performance, manage profitability, and support product launches.
• Capture and communicate product requirements to functional teams.
