Requirements:

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Property & Casualty license required.
• Five years of commercial experience in marketing, placement, service, or sales.
• Full knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty lines of coverage and services.
• Strong financial background and understanding of financial underwriting concepts.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Responsibilities:

• Act quickly to respond to client referrals to quote and bind small commercial business.
• Utilize and maintain EPIC’s CRM system (Nexsure) according to EPIC standards.
• Adhere to all new business protocols, workflows, standards, and procedures.
• Quote and present new business opportunities using comparative rating platforms or carrier websites, involving wholesalers as necessary.
• Attend educational, training, and other sessions as directed by EPIC.
• Serve as a client advisor to new business prospects.
• Maintain accurate records according to EPIC guidelines.
