Requirements:

• 10+ years of Product Management experience leading B2B enterprise SaaS products for mid-market and enterprise customers.
• 5+ years of experience managing multiple product portfolios within an agile development framework.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role managing product teams aligned with engineering teams of 40+ people.
• Proven record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or equivalent experience in developing complex SaaS products.

Responsibilities:

• Own and define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the GovOS Licensing and Registration, and Tax and Compliance suites.
• Collaborate with all parts of the organization to arrive at a highly defensible product roadmap that drives customer outcomes and revenue growth.
• Work in partnership with Engineering Leadership in defining quarterly plans and sprint plans.
• Understand areas of improvement for cost and customer satisfaction through collaboration with support and implementation teams.
• Be the voice of the customer by proactively identifying issues to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Establish metrics and milestones to track product progress towards goals and vision.
