• Familiarity with marketing and sales technologies such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Sendoso is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and influence marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Strong project management abilities to handle multiple projects.
• A data-driven approach with commitment to experimentation for measurable results.
• Strong writing skills for creating content for emails, webinars, and web pages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Drive pipeline impact by creating and executing campaigns that generate leads and MQLs.
• Run data-driven experiments to enhance campaigns and processes.
• Develop repeatable 'campaign-in-a-box' programs from successful experiments.
• Define buyer journeys, target audiences, and marketing activities.
• Design and implement campaign strategies across the full funnel.
• Execute and manage end-to-end webinar, direct mail, and email campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Sales and SDRs to maximize campaign impact.
