Manager, Technical Accounting & Reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• 8+ years of combined experience in public accounting or corporate technical accounting/reporting roles.
• Highly skilled and current knowledge of US GAAP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels and build strong working relationships.
• Demonstrable leadership ability and experience with high-performing teams.
• Experience with financial systems including NetSuite, Workiva, Shareworks or similar.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new policies as needed and analyze the impact of changes to historical periods and related financial disclosures.
• Prepare technical memos on complex accounting issues.
• Prepare financial statements, footnote disclosures, and management's discussion and analysis (MD&A).
• Prepare Statement of Cash Flows and stockholder’s equity.
• Complete GAAP checklist.
• Assist with international entity financial statements and technical revenue recognition.
• Work cross-functionally with finance, legal, and IR for quarterly reporting processes.
• Provide technical accounting advice and assist in creating internal controls.
