Requirements:

• The opportunity is open to any individual or organization qualified to conduct research.
• Candidates should possess capabilities for in-depth analysis and engagement with various stakeholders.
• Experience in similar research or analysis related to trafficking and organized crime is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• The consultant will conduct an applied contextual analysis (ACA) on the emerging trend of trafficking for forced criminality in Cambodia.
• The ACA will be based on 4-5 agreed themes with the USAID Cambodia CTIP team.
• It will involve desk research, key informant interviews, and focus group discussions.
• The report will detail political, economic, social, and cultural influences and evaluate opportunities and challenges.
