Requirements:

• Registered as a legal entity in Thailand with appropriate clearance/authorization.
• Subject to a pre-award assessment for sound management practices.
• Demonstrated successful past performance in labor rights and community outreach.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate access to legal services and justice for Cambodian migrants living in Thailand.
• Conduct awareness raising activities on migrant workers’ rights and potential forms of exploitation targeting Cambodian migrant communities.
• Support network building and worker organizing among Cambodian migrant worker communities.
• Provide capacity building, mentorship, and technical support to community leaders.
