• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
• 5-7 years experience in Product Management or Product Marketing.
• Proficient in SQL for analytical tasks.
• Strong storytelling ability and excellent written/oral communication skills.
• Experience in A/B testing and multivariate testing.
• Decisive and proactive in decision-making.
• Ability to run effective brainstorming sessions.
• Experience in writing user stories and working with engineers.
• Experience collaborating with supply chain and operations teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills related to technical systems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

• Gain a thorough understanding of our customer and business needs.
• Build a product roadmap that aligns with company goals.
• Get buy-in from leaders using data to support initiatives.
• Manage the development of new products from V0 to full GTM launch.
• Create product briefs and specs for efficient development.
• Define A/B tests, analyze results, and recommend next steps.
• Collaborate with technical product managers and supply chain.
• Run brainstorms to identify new opportunities.
